Alexander embarked on his professional journey in New York City within the realms of Marketing and Media Buying, gaining invaluable experience in budget management, client relations, and project scheduling. With a solid foundation in marketing, Alexander pivoted into real estate, joining the New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC). As a member of the Asset Management team, Alexander oversaw a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial assets, spanning across the boroughs of NYC.
Following a successful tenure in New York, Alexander relocated to Los Angeles, where he continued to expand his expertise in real estate management, this time with the City of Pasadena, focusing on the stewardship of municipal properties. Alexander's professional repertoire is underscored by a foundation in real estate development, economic strategy, and adept communication skills.
Originally from South Florida, Alexander holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from New York University, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences Communication from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Currently based in Beachwood Canyon, Los Angeles, Alexander finds joy spending time beachside, exploring the diverse trails of LA, and discovering new culinary experiences.
