Geneva has dedicated over a decade to the healthcare industry, beginning her journey at Tangelo Health, a local exercise and chiropractic clinic, where she rose to senior leadership during the company's growth. Despite her affection for Tangelo, Geneva sought new horizons when her career reached a plateau. She made a significant shift into Human Resources and Talent Development, bringing her expertise to Seagen, a medium-sized biotech company, until its acquisition by Pfizer in 2023. In this role, Geneva thrived by curating professional development training calendars and empowering employees to navigate their career trajectories.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Geneva maintains a vibrant life in Seattle. She continues her passion for fitness by teaching Pilates and embraces the city's diverse recreational opportunities, from hiking and mountaineering to skiing, snowboarding, biking, and indulging her wanderlust through travel.
