Grant Bowen

Grant has dedicated his entire professional career to managing high-end residential projects for clients across North America. He began at one of the Bay Area's most prominent family offices, where orchestrating and protecting the Principals' interests in an empathetic manner was paramount. This experience enabled Grant to develop effective frameworks for establishing clear expectations, hiring top-tier team members, and facilitating exceptional communication throughout the planning and building process.
In 2014, Grant founded Peak Projects with the goal of pioneering collaborative owner’s representation and establishing a unique, progressive company culture. Under his leadership, Peak has steadily grown its portfolio while building a reputation as both an industry innovator and a trusted advisor for exceptional projects globally.
A Michigan native, Grant earned his undergraduate degree from Brown University, where he competed as a pole vaulter on the NCAA Division I Track & Field team. Outside of work, Grant enjoys snowboarding, mountain biking, boating, and spending time with friends and family. He currently resides in North Lake Tahoe with his wife and three boys.
