Kristina brings over 21 years of project management and operations experience across a variety of industries and company sizes. After leaving Colorado and moving to San Francisco 22 years ago, she began a high-energy career in marketing as a producer and project manager, servicing clients like Microsoft, HP, and Coca-Cola. For the last eight years, Kristina has applied her skill set to the discipline of construction management. She has managed complex luxury residential projects with notable architects in the Bay Area, implementing systems and processes to enhance the experience.
Kristina now focuses solely on the operational side of the business, where she enjoys engaging with various aspects of the company and mentoring the team in meaningful ways. Her diverse background and dedication to continuous improvement make her an invaluable asset to the organization.
Kristina holds a B.S. in Journalism from CU Boulder and currently resides in Sausalito. In her free time, she enjoys activities that require sunscreen, especially golf. Her other interests include art, reading, music, food, friends, dogs, hiking, swimming, skiing, travel, and adventure.
