Project Manager
Lucia has over 20 years of experience developing and overseeing architectural projects from concept to completion in California, Puerto Rico, Spain, France, Ireland, and the UAE. Her project management experience encompasses high-end single- and multi-family residences, fast-paced large-scale hospitality, mixed-use and commercial developments. Lucia’s most recent project management highlights include the Beaudry, downtown L.A.’s first luxury residential 64-story high-rise, the Four Seasons Resort in Cayo Largo, Puerto Rico, the renovation of the Sunset Marquis Hotel in West Hollywood, and several multi-million single-family residences in Beverly Hills.
Lucia holds over 15 years of Construction Administration experience, bringing strong multidisciplinary skills to successfully execute projects of any scale and complexity on time and budget, working closely with all stakeholders involved in the process to ensure the client’s vision and expectations are met, strategizing to minimize the potential risks of budget overruns and overcoming any difficulties that may arise throughout the life of the project.
She is a licensed Architect in Spain and holds Master’s Degrees in Architecture and Business Development. Prior to joining Peak, she worked as a Senior Project Manager with the award-winning design-build firm Marmol Radziner. Lucia moved to L.A. from Spain 15 years ago, inspired by her passion for mid-century architecture and her love of all that Southern California has to offer.
