Lydia is a seasoned design and management consultant with over ten years of experience specializing in design planning, programming and project management. Over her career, she has been involved with over more than 90 projects where her involvement has ranged from fully designing and developing construction documents to design and project management.
For the past ten years, Lydia has strived to fulfill her recurrent client’s needs by offering an array of services including space planning, budget and schedule development, and capital investments reports, among others. Lydia has successfully led and managed many projects in the banking, commercial, residential, recreational and healthcare industries.
Lydia’s experience includes the ability to define and develop a project program, scope and budget, handling stakeholders expectations, and delivering the project objectives on time and within budget. Her repeated work experience in a wide array of projects has provided her excellent knowledge on current practices, tendencies and techniques within both the design and construction industries.
