Megan Fluegge
Associate Project Manager
A Northwest native with over ten years of experience in the construction industry, Megan's passion for the outdoors led her to an early career in recreation construction. She then transitioned to becoming an owner's representative for multi-level, complex commercial projects, with an emphasis on pre-construction and design. Before joining Peak Projects, Megan expanded her skills as a project manager for high-end resort communities, specializing in the construction of luxurious mountain residential projects.
Megan is committed to prioritizing active listening and empathetic understanding of her clients' perspectives. She ensures that clients are informed and engaged every step of the way, providing a smooth and collaborative experience.
Megan currently resides in the Cascade Mountains of Washington. Outside of work, you can find her golfing or skiing with her husband and two small children. Additionally, she is deeply committed to her local community and actively serves on the Parks and Recreation Committee and the Central Washington Women In Building Council.
