Melissa brings over 18 years of experience in high-end residential and hospitality projects. Her expertise lies in assisting a diverse array of owners and developers in clearly defining their project objectives and bringing together the right partners to successfully realize their vision, no matter the complexity.
Prior to joining Peak, Melissa served as Director of Design and Planning for several hotel brand portfolios including Hyatt and Kimpton Hotels. She was pivotal to the opening and renovation of over 40 award-winning hotel properties worldwide, overseeing projects from inception to completion.
Melissa began her career in interior architecture, focusing on high-end private residences in Los Angeles. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), a professional certification from UCLA Extension’s Interior Architectural Design program, and a master’s certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investment and Asset Management from Cornell University.
In her free time, Melissa enjoys snowboarding, backpacking, traveling and embarking on new adventures with her partner and family.
