Nicholas Batie
Project Manager
Nick, originally from Lake Tahoe, brings over a decade of experience in designing and delivering a diverse range of projects, including high-rise commercial office buildings and bespoke custom residences. Before joining Peak, he served as a project architect at the award-winning Faulkner Architects. His expertise spans the full design and construction process, making him equally adept at navigating both detailed construction elements and high-level project strategies. Nick holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and is a licensed architect in the state of California.
Based in Truckee, CA, Nick lives with his wife, dog, and cat. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, mountain biking, and hands-on remodeling of his 1960s ski cabin.
