Senior Project Manager
Paul’s passion for built environments began the first time he stepped into a perfectly designed and executed home. Prior to joining Peak, he spent his career as a Project Manager for two of the top high-end custom home builders in Los Angeles, overseeing a range of projects from ground-up construction to comprehensive home renovations throughout Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, and Malibu. His work involved collaborating with AD100 architects and designers, top engineers, and consultants, which honed his eye for detail, design, and quality.
Paul enjoys all phases of construction, from initial planning to final turnover. He believes that anything can be achieved with effective planning, communication, and collaboration with the right team in place. His experience with both new builds and extensive renovations has deepened his appreciation for the complexities and rewards of transforming spaces from concept to completion.
Paul spent his childhood in the Philippines, where his family were missionaries. He later returned to Los Angeles and studied Economics at Azusa Pacific University. As the youngest of 10 siblings, he spends his time traveling around the world, striving to be the favorite uncle to his many nephews and nieces. His other passions include sports, and he is an avid fan of the Lakers, Liverpool, and the Dodgers (in that order).
