Sara Pashmforoosh
Owner's Representative
Sara's passion for architecture was sparked at the age of 11 when she attended a children's architectural course, inspiring her interest in designing and building spaces. Throughout her school years, she apprenticed at her father's luxury construction management company in Beverly Hills, where she gained a deep appreciation for collaboration in bringing design visions to life.
Sara earned a Bachelor of Architecture from UC Berkeley and began her career at a multinational architecture firm in New York, where she advanced to Senior Project Manager. Over a decade, she contributed to major projects, including The Palm Jumeirah in Dubai and the Four Seasons Miami, while earning her LEED AP BD+C certification.
She later founded her own interior architecture firm, expanding from New York City renovations to luxury homes in New York, Miami, and Los Angeles. Her expertise in project coordination and team management ensured seamless execution of high-end designs. Additionally, Sara has consulted as an in-house project manager for general contractors, further strengthening her expertise in construction oversight.
With two decades of experience, Sara specializes in managing luxury residential projects with a focus on precision, quality, and sustainability. Beyond her professional accomplishments, she values time outdoors at her family’s bungalow near the Delaware River in Pennsylvania, where she enjoys retreats with her husband and son when not at their New York City residence.
