Spencer brings a decade of experience in real estate development and construction across the country. He has worked in various asset classes, including commercial, residential, land development, and hospitality. Spencer is an expert in analyzing and coordinating projects, projecting costs, and managing budgets while adhering to strict schedules.
Before joining Peak, Spencer developed master-planned communities across the US, managing the entitlement, development, and construction of complex projects in multiple markets. With experience in large commercial projects and private equity real estate investment, Spencer understands the nuances that make each project unique. He is adept at managing multiple priorities and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Spencer earned his BA from Syracuse University, where he also captained the 2009 national championship lacrosse team. He later earned his MBA in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver. He currently resides in Bozeman, MT, with his wife and two daughters.
